        In the name of God amen!!
        I Margarette Shey of Cumberland County Ky being weak i n body but of sound mind and disposing memory do make thi s my last will and testament, hereby setting aside any Wil l or Wills heretofore made, and dispose of my property bot h real and personal in the following manner To wit firs t I desire all of my gust debt to be paid out of my estat e 2nd It is my will that my son Pleasant Shey shall have th e land where on I now live for his own proper use and benef it forever to dispose of as he may think proper it is mor e over my wish and desire that he shall take care of and pr otect my three daughters that now lives with me namely Asen eth Elizabeth and Emily Sheyso long as they live a single l ife or if they choose to live with him 3rd I give t o my son McCampbel Shey one dollar 4th I give to my Daughte r M Jane Shelley one dollar 5th I give to my daughter Marga ret Shelley one dollar 6th I give to my son Leeper Shey an d William and Samuel Wesley Shey one dollar to each 7th I g ive to my Grand Daughter Aseneth C. Vincent one cow and wom ans saddle as respects their property set apart for he r A C Vincent my will is that Pleasant Shey retain and tak e care of it until she arrives at mature age or becomes a m arried woman and if it she die s to her then and in that my will that s ame be converted to the use of my son Pleasant Shey and hi s three sisters who are now living with me 8th I give and b equeath to my three daughters a tract of land adjoining th e land son Pleasant it being a tract of land surveyed an d Patend in my name which land I give to the above mentione d Daughters Aseneth Elizabeth and Emily Shey fore ver for their use and comfort to dispose of as they may se e or think best my will is that after the above bequ eathed property is taken out of the estate and divided to t he whatever may remain of each and every betwee n Pleasant Sheyn Aseneth Elizabeth and Emily Shey o therwise as may best suit them lastly It is my desire tha t my son Pleasant shall be appointed Ex of this my last w ill and testament and it is my wish that the court permit t o e
