        Veloice E. "Nannie" Harvill, 79 of Comanche died Monda y Nov 5, 2001 in Comanche. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thur sday in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel in Duncan wit h the Rev. David Spangler officiating and the Rev. J.D. Smi th assisting. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery.
        Mrs. Harvill was born on Oct 24, 1922 in Temple to Ro y L. and Annie Routt Smith. She married Roy E. "Manuel" Ha rvill on Dec 23, 1939 and he preceded her in death on Dec 2 7, 1982.
        Mrs. Harvill was office manager for the Lindley Clini c for 30 years and retired in March of 1982. She loved t o crochet and cook.
        Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Judy an d Herschel Hawkins of Duncan; two grandsons, Jason and Dea n Hawkins; and three great -grandsons; Scott Hawkins, Cale b Hawkins and Trevor Hawkins.
        She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband ; and two brothers, Troy L. Smith on Feb 10, 1972; and Jer y Don Smith in 1991.
        Bearers will be Dean Seay, Efrem Cooksey, Bill Cheatwo od, Ron Cline, Shawn Ivester, and Wesley Savage.
