This Instrument made and entered into this 26 day of Octobe r 1898 by and between J. W. Crawley of Clinton County Ky o f the first part and D. H. Gamblin of the second part of Cl inton Co Ky Witness that for and in Consideration of the su m of $150 dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is here by fully acknowledged the first party J. W. Crawley bargain s Sells and does by these present bargain Sell and Conve y a certain tract or parcel of land with the Said partie D . H. Gamblin the said land was conveyed to J. W.
